Q: If I'm not satisfied with my purchase, what should I do?
A: Unlike the auction sites that have a high level of dissatisfaction, artnewyork.com wants our customers to be happy with their purchase. Artnewyork.com realizes it is difficult, sometimes, to accurately judge a work of art from an image on a screen. We want to assure our customers that while we do not want curiosity sales, we will allow you to return a work in its original condition for a refund if it does not meet your expectations.

Please contact artnewyork.com within three days at artnewyork@artnewyork.com and specify the item # of the work to be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs. If possible return in the box you received the work in. We recommend you live with the work for three days before you return it.

Please buy with confidence that your work of art will meet or exceed your expectations.
